Buying Tokens & Trading on the DEX
Learn how to launch a token on Firestarter and trade on the DEX.
Navigating the Dashboard
Your dashboard is the central hub for your Firestarter activity.
Homepage: Discover Tokens:
Click the "Explore" tab at the top left of the homepage.
Find new and trending assets.
The "Most Ignited" section shows top performers, while the main grid lets you browse everything.
Use filters and sorting to find exactly what you're looking for.
Token Page: Analyze & Trade:
Click a token to see its dedicated page. You can:
View price, market cap, and historical charts.
Read the token description and view token holders.
Engage with others in the community chat.
Buy and sell the token directly.
How to Buy/Sell Tokens on the Bonding Curve
Select a Token: From the homepage, click on the token you'd like to invest in.
Review the Token: On the token page, you can see the token's current price, market cap, and a chart of its price history.
Make Your Purchase:
In the "Buy" tab on the right side of the page, enter the amount you wish to invest.
The interface will show you exactly how many tokens you will receive.
Click "Buy Now" and confirm the transaction in your wallet. The asset tokens will be sent to your wallet immediately.
How to Buy/Sell Tokens on the Bonding Curve:
Navigate to the Token Page: Go to the page of the token you wish to trade.
Use the Trading Interface: The "Buy" and "Sell" tabs on the right side of the page allow you to trade the token directly.
Monitor Activity: You can view the live trading chart and click on the "Trade History" tab to see a log of all recent transactions for that token.
How to Trade on the DEX
Once a token's "Fair Launch Progress" is complete, it graduates to the Firestarter DEX, where you can trade it on the open market.
Go to the DEX: Navigate to the DEX tab in the main menu (https://dex.firestarter.fun/)
Select Your Tokens: Choose the token you want to sell and the token you want to buy using the simple swap interface.
Execute the Trade: Enter the amount you want to trade, review the price and any associated fees, and click "Swap".
